Living & Learning Housing Information
Phoebe and Albany Technical College are leading the way in providing a unique and hands-on experience, fostering a quality education that prepares all graduates for a career in healthcare. The Phoebe Living & Learning Community provides Albany Technical College students studying to be a registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, certified nurse assistant, or phlebotomist will be able to live and learn in one location.

Note: Electricity, wi-fi, water/sewer and trash disposal are included in the monthly rent.

- 1 bedroom/1 bath - $925 per month
- 2 bedroom/2 bath - $1,700 per month
