Jane Gray

Chief Operating Officer

Jane Gray is the Chief Operating Officer at Phoebe. With more than 32 years of healthcare financial experience, she served as Director of Internal Audit and Corporate Compliance Officer at The Medical Center of Central Georgia prior to joining the Phoebe family in 2015. Between 2022-2023, Jane served as Phoebe's interim COO before transitioning to the role full-time. Prior to her role as COO, she was Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Phoebe.

An alumnus of Indiana University, she is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia, is a board-certified Fellow through the American College of Healthcare Executives, is a Fellow of the Advisory Board Company, a Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
