As a Phoebe employee, spouse or dependent covered on Phoebe insurance, you are eligible to participant in HEALTHY(me)™. You can participate in Wellness Challenges, track personal health goals, and learn more about health topics through the university courses. You will also have access to a Maestro Coach who can assist you in your health and wellness needs.

Mind Body is an online platform that will allow HealthWorks members and special guests to schedule or make purchases such as, Personal Training, CrossFit, Bod Pod, Ballroom Dancing and special events. The platform also allows members and special guests to view group fitness schedules and classes.
