CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)

Buddy was introduced to CrossFit in 2014 and joined Phoebe CrossFit as an Assistant Coach in the Fall of 2017. In addition to coaching CrossFit, Buddy also coaches several different youth sports in the Albany area! Buddy has a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification and is excited to be a part of Phoebe CrossFit.

Our CrossFit coachers are committed to helping each participant reach his or her fitness goals.
