ALBANY, Ga. – Phoebe Physician Group neurosurgeons Dr. James Metcalf and Dr. Kim Brown have consolidated their practices and are located at 2622 Meredyth Drive.
The two board-certified neurosurgeons have served the Southwest Georgia community for over a decade. They are now known as Phoebe Neurological Associates. Drs. Brown and Metcalf are experts in repairing diseases of the brain and spine, as well as nerves throughout the body.
Dr. Brown has been serving Southwest Georgia since 1998. She is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. She earned her degree at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in neurosurgery and a fellowship in general surgery at the University of Alabama Hospitals of Birmingham.
Dr. Metcalf has been serving Southwest Georgia since 1990 and is also board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. A native of Columbus, GA, he earned his degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, then completed his residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN.
