Miss Georgia visits Phoebe Sumter Medical Center

04.24.2012
Albany, GA

Reigning Miss Georgia Michaela Lackey visited the Phoebe Sumter Medical Center campus and was very impressed with the new facility. In addition to touring the hospital, she also toured the Wellness & Education Center and the Oncology & Surgery Center.

After the tour, Ms. Lackey gave a few words of encouragement to local Americus-Sumter high school students and ate lunch with them as well. Joining her was local pageant winner Caroline Carroll, Miss Georgia Cotton’s Outstanding Teen 2012.

Ms. Lackey is a great ambassador for our state and we are glad that she came to visit us today!
