Preparing for Your Visit

When you prepare to visit Phoebe's Wound & Hyperbaric Center:

Call for an appointment, a physician referral is not necessary except for the hyperbaric chamber.
Bring a list of any allergies you have, and bring a list of all medicines including over the counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are taking.
Bring your medical records (if available), insurance cards and photo ID.

If you have diabetes, please bring any medications you are currently taking; you may also bring a snack with you as your initial visit will take some time.
