The Family Tree
The Family Tree, located at 309 W. Fourth Ave., was established in 1993 to provide quality early childhood care and education for the families of Phoebe employees. The center has a capacity for 250 children and provides them with opportunities for healthy, age appropriate developmental experiences and is licensed by Bright from the Start, Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. All classroom teachers and assistants are trained and educated with either a bachelor’s or associate's degree.
"Today’s children are tomorrow’s workers," says Beverly Waddell, director of Family Tree. "Our changing economy requires a flexible, educated workforce, and there is increasing evidence of the impact of the early childhood development on the future growth of individuals."
The center accepts children ages of: infant, toddler, preschool and school-age. For more information about The Family Tree, call (229) 312-2100.
