Visiting Our Facilities

Phoebe and the PR/Marketing department strictly adhere to federal guidelines regarding patient confidentiality matters as outlined by HIPAA.

To protect our patients’ privacy, we require all reporters and photographers visiting our facilities to be escorted by a PR/Marketing representative at all times. Please call us if you plan to visit the campus.

Unescorted media will be asked to leave the premises by hospital security; this includes any and all Phoebe campuses.

In certain cases, access may be limited or denied if it is determined the presence of photographers or reporters would aggravate a patient’s condition or interfere with appropriate clinical care.
