Childbirth Education, 6-Week Childbirth Class
The six-week childbirth class is a great way for new mothers to prepare for labor and birth. The typical class consists of lectures, discussion, and exercises, led by a trained childbirth instructor.
The goal of the class is to provide you with information to minimize your fears and help you make informed decisions. You'll also learn techniques to help you relax and cope. Classes also teach the basics of breastfeeding and newborn care. This six week course also includes a tour of Labor and Delivery as well as the Mother/Baby Unit.

Notes: To register, please complete this form (registration form) and either fax it or drop it off along with your payment to Vicki Carter. Six-week childbirth class is $50/couple.
