Get Back to A Good Night's Rest

To help get you back on track to a good night's sleep, Phoebe Sleep Disorders Center can help assess, diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Ask your primary care doctor for a referral to the Phoebe Sleep Disorders Center and we will assist you in gaining an appointment with one of our sleep physicians for a timely consultation.

Treatment Often Begins with a Sleep Study

If your sleep physician decided further evaluation is required, you will be scheduled for a sleep study, a non-invasive, painless diagnostic test performed to determine if you have a sleep disorder. Tests generally coincide with your normal sleep hours. During your sleep study, a sleep technologist monitors your sleep levels, heart rate and rhythm, breathing patterns, oxygenation and more. If one of our sleep physicians diagnoses you with a sleep disorder, they'll recommend treatment options to get you back on track for a good night's rest.

The first step to getting the rest you need is easy - take the quick Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) Assessment - it provides a measure of a person’s general level of daytime sleepiness, or their average sleep propensity in daily life.

Ask your doctor for a referral to the Phoebe Sleep Disorders Center and we will assist you with an consultation appointment with one of our sleep physicians. The Sleep Center will also assist you in working with your insurance company to determine benefits. For more information, call (229) 312-1220.
