PMS Cravings

Women who suffer from premenstrual syndrome (PMS) often are sensitive to changes in their blood sugar levels that can cause cravings, fatigue, headaches and mood swings. If you have PMS, eat three smaller meals and three nutritious snacks each day, say researchers at the University of California-San Francisco. Healthy snacks include brown rice cakes and string cheese.
