We offer a full range of services, including information resources, prepared childbirth and lactation services, family counseling and community-wide programs on health-related issues and disease prevention.

Prepared Childbirth Classes -- A comprehensive course for couples who are preparing for a positive birth experience. Expectant parents will learn how to be in control during their labor experience by using breathing and relaxation techniques and learn how to play an active role in their birth experience. The education component will help reduce the fear of the unknown. This six week course includes a tour of Labor and Delivery, the Mother/Baby Center and much more.

Childbirth Refresher Course -- This 2 week series is intended for those expectant couples that have experienced childbirth before and need only a "refresher" of what to expect. The expectant couple will need to complete the class one (1) month before their due date and the class is complimentary.
